Thank you for your effort in putting together this plan on behalf of the choir and the council. Well done.
It looks like a very good plan. There are 2 things we need to keep in mind - we may not be able to have so many rehersals because we also have practises for Teachers Day coming up also we may just want to include 1 class representative per class - the chairman so that there wouldn't be too many people.
I will share your plan with the rest of the teachers who are planning the National Day.
