memories kept

ok its been a long time since a really posted the true happenings
19 - 26 november...
i guess it should be quite a memorable overseas trip/ cultural exchange
too many things have happened over there
throughout the days
the fun and laughter thats been happening is somewhat unexpressable
only if you go there and experience it yourself, you will noe how it feels. its really fun!!!

i'll start with the 19 novemeber...

19 november
5.00am, i woke up, feeling abit weird and happy
went to change and checked if eveything needed was packed into my luggage
5.20am, my father, mother and i went downstairs to take a cab
5.30am, we gt onto a cab and headed off to the airport
at that point of time, i had a mixed feeling
leaving singapore and off to china without my parents
thats means no nagging =) but kinda weird coz its the 1st time off on my own
6.00am, we reached the airport. met the teachers and saw sinyee
talked to her and so on...
6.30am, abt tt time, we checked in our luggage... took such a long time..
then after that abt 6.50am we took a group photo,
and its off to take a plane...
remembering when the 1st time i took the plane it was totally different as what i experienced now...
took abt 4hours of flight and soon we reached china
wow!!! im in china already and on my own
the 1st word i saw was super funny... ALIEN
omg they write foreigners as aliens lols
ok then we sat on the bus and went for lunch
after that we went on the bus and looked around... HUAN DAO LU...
and after that we went to... HU LI SHAN PAO TAI
and in the evening, we went to our hotel, XIA MEN HUA QIAO JIU DIAN
and then at night we went for the... HUAN YING WAN YAN...
after that went teacher's room for tt day's overall performance
bathe, then write diary
and at night hehe didn't sleep.
played truth or dare and had different topics to talk abt...
in my room were, sinyee, yingyun,wenqi, martin, ronald, weezun and i

20 november
we woke up at 5am
didn't really sleep played till 2pm
morning call was 6.30am but no one care as everyone was up.
morning went for breakfast then off to... SAN ZHONG XUE XIAO
wasn't really into it...
lessons were boring except for their english..
its super funny.. the words they learn is when we are 3 years old and their sec 3 english is our primary 1 english... lols
then at 11am we left sku for lunch
then back to sku at 2pm
then till 4.30pm we left their sku
and off to our hotel and then dinner
then after dinner had the overall performace round up in teresa's room as it was bigger.
then bathe, write diary
then tt night same thing they were in my room playing but this time round we slept early...
at abt 12am

21 november
woke up at 6.00am
morning call at 6.30am
went to their sku
met my buddy...
omg not really enthusiastic...
down with flu and cough..
but after that i was fine....
went with her the whole day for lessons.
went for lunch...
then back to sku...
then at 4pm we went for the buddy, parents, and we students meeting
met her father
4.30pm we went home with them
she brought me to SM SHOPPING MALL... the biggest shopping mall in xia men
she has a shop there in xiamen
then met her mother.
her mother asked her to bring me down to buy things
lols which i don't want to
then we came back then her mother asked her to bring me down again
to buy more things lols
then at night went to SAN ZHONG LU...
her house was near there. met her grandma and her father there
in another of her family shop
omg la she told me she's gt 4 houses and all condo...
then ate dinner at the shop..
dinner was jiao zi and zi cai tang with egg
not bad... quite nice lor...
then at night went her house to stay...
bathe, write diary...
quite fun...

22 november
woke up at 6.30am
we lay in bed till 7.00am
ate breakfast...
breakfast was
bread and a cup of dou jiang...
i realised smth.. at around the time of 5pm at night, its like 8pm in singapore and 6.30am in the morning is like 9am in the morning
tt day she brought me out to play...
went to alot of places especially streets
saw smth...
when banks open in the morning, 2 police would have to stand outside the door to guard
until the bank opens, then they can leave
then went HU BING GONG YUAN
went to sit boat... played games like our singapore pasir malam like tt those games
quite fun... but time was short...
we had to reach sku back at 4.30pm as we had to leave xia men already
we played till 2pm and went to eat alot of things...
ate xia men's special the... SHA CHA MIEN
and lots more...
she left me alot of impression on xia men
alot alot... too much to say...
when it was time to leave, i nearly cried...
but i told myself that i must not cry.
i must show her the happy side of me
when i gt onto the bus again, i nearly cried
but i didn't
we headed back to out hotel...
then to the restaurant...
that night didn't really wanted to eat...
had no appetite
this table that we were at all had no appetite...
they started talking abt their buddy and then tears swelled up in my eyes..
then i went to the toilet... then after that i was ok. they could see that i was going to cry
even luo lao shi told he that he know that my buddy and i were really close
i went to my buddy's house with only one bag.
and returned with 5bags
everyone was like wah... so good... lols
then after dinner went on the bus..
i sae sinyee crying and then i oso started crying
ppl behind us or we shld say is the same few ppl we were with know haha
then after that on the bus we headed to sit the ... HAO HUA YOU LUN, YE YOU LU JIANG
and watched MU OU XI
then after that i was fine already... after crying i felt much more better
the 4 guys tt noe i crying didn't really said anything. but of the 3 martin came to ask if im ok then i said ok.
then went back to the hotel, bathe again overall debrief for tt day and we had to bring one item that our buddy give us to talk abt in the room... teresa's room again then diary writing
then tt night went to sleep never really played... everyone was not in a mood to play so we went to sleep

23 november
woke up at 6.30am
morning call was 7am
met the others and went down for breakfast..
buffet style for all breakfast at HUA QIAO JIU DIAN
then went to sit DU LUN TO GU LANG YU
looked at SHI ZHUANG YUAN and GANG QIN BO WU GUAN
then lunch
then went CHEN JIA GENG DE GU QU, GUI LAI TANG
then dinner
back to our hotel...ZHANG ZHOU DA JIU DIAN
then overall debrief for tt day, bathe, diary writing
tt day night sinyee and i went to sleep didn't play
the others went to wenqi they all the room to play but we never
down with flu again so slept early

24 november
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO JEANETTE...
woke up at 7.00am
morning call 7.00am
omg la the last sound of morning call... ring then i pick up then the person hang
then i think eh cannot be lei phone ring...
that means 7am already!!! i jumped out of bed and woke sinyee up...
rushing everything we need to do...
then quickly rushed down to meet the others then breakfast
went to the TIAN FU SHI DIAO YUAN, CHA YE DA GUAN YUAN, to know more about the history of tea
lunch...
PIN CHANG CHA YAN
then to the TU LOU
then its off to LONG YAN
at night we LONG YAN ZHONG YUAN JIU DIAN
had overall debriefing for the day, bathe, diary writing
then went to sleep... ronald was there only the others in wenqi's room

25 november
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO VUDH...
woke up at 6.30am
morning call at 6.30am
woke up late again
breakfast...
went off to chao zhou...
went to see HAN WEN GONG CI,
lunch...
then to XIANG ZI QIAO, CHAO ZHOU GU CHENG QIANG
then sat SAN LUN CHE to take a look at CHAO ZHOU GU CHENG
dinner... CHAO ZHOU FENG WEI XIAO CHI
night watch CHAO ZU TUAN...
went to hotel... CHAO ZHOU BING GUAN
again, overall debrief then bathe, did my diary writing
only ronald was in my room together with sinyee and i but went back at 12.05am
then slept at 12.30am as everything ended late

26 november
last day already
woke up at 6am
morning call 6.30am
thought sinyee off the tv ytd nite she say no
then she say she thought is i off then i say no
then we go ask the others,
they say ytd nite no electricity... lols
so fast last day already going to leave china already
after breakfast, went back to xia men
then did some activities and then went for lunch then
off to a small mart
then to the airport...
a weird feeling again.. quite sad but happy osos
will miss china..
especially the night camps together with friends and 小饭哥哥. he taught us so much things and of course not forgetting the driver haha he drove us around
and last but not least everyone who was there at china...
